William K. Black
William K. Black is an American born lawyer, author, and former bank regulator. He is most well known for his concept of 'control fraud', which details how a corporate executive might use his company as a weapon to commit fraud. Black teaches as an Associate Professor of Economics and Law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law currently. He also wrote the book "The Best Way to Rob a Bank is to Own One: How Corporate Executives and Politicians Looted the S&L Industry".
